Wybierz 1-2 dni w tygodniu, kiedy poświęcisz na angielski dosłownie 15–20 minut dziennie. Nie więcej! Tu ważna jest systematyczność, a nie ilość materiału. Wybierz porę dnia, która najbardziej Ci odpowiada – rano przy kawie? Wieczorem zamiast scrollowania telefonu? – i wpisz ją w kalendarz.
🎯 Krok 2: Wybierz aktywności
Postaw na różnorodność i przyjemność. Każdego dnia wybierz 1–2 z poniższych propozycji:
- 📖 Przeczytaj krótki artykuł lub historyjkę (np. na poziomie A2–B1, dostępnych online lub w aplikacjach typu News in Levels, EnglishClub).
- 🎧 Posłuchaj podcastu lub obejrzyj filmik po angielsku (5–10 minut, na YouTube, Spotify, BBC Learning English).
- 🗣️ Powtórz słówka lub zwroty z zeszytu z kursu – albo ułóż z nimi 3 własne zdania.
- 📲 Zrób 1–2 krótkie ćwiczenia w aplikacji (np. Quizlet, Duolingo, LingQ – max 10 minut).
✅ Krok 3: Sprawdzaj swoje postępy
Na koniec każdego tygodnia:
- wybierz 5–10 nowych słówek/zwrotów i powtórz je,
- zrób mini-test ze znajomej strony/aplikacji,
- zauważ, ile już potrafisz i pochwal się tym przed kimś bliskim!
